I have no idea how the time tag thingie works. I jus posted something at like 21H40 and it says that I put something on at 11H45 (a.m.)?! :) Anyway, I think your blogs are brilliant. you reading: BRILLIANT. like AMAZING. like I'm reading. and re-reading. and re-re-reading, but forgetting all of it because there's too much material that means too much and will inevitably take longer to digest than the half-hour or so that I'm spending on it right now.
Here's a simple request from me: can you please insert a comment at the beginning of all your pieces that shows the date and time when you uploaded it?) - that way I can tell exactly when things are being uiploaded and trace a bit of a timeline in my own head. You're probably thinking how arb, but i'm a bit arb.
Anyway, i'm going reading again.

Okay, specific comment regarding "I Don't Belong". I actually really related to this one. I FELT the same as well - I guess the point being that i'm using the past tense to explain this and you're writing is in the present tense.
I guess you "get over" this if you stay in one place for long enough and make conceited efforts to adapt. That's what I did, and sort of seems to have worked.
Although, sometimes, instead of celebrating the differences, you're more tempted to hide them away in case "the other normal" people see it and judge you again.
You'll see your way through this, the way most foreigners who eventually adapt to another land usually do: with time and a bit of stability at the beginning. I usually get irritated with both of these as I'm fairly impatient and often random :)
Sorry for posting so many comments. But how about sharing a bit more than the words. What about some of the pictures etc. Are you able to post these as well? I'd love to be able to see some of the stuff you've put together online.

I've put together some of the stuff I've been writing recently on here. There's more but I must just get the internet to work properly on my side!
I'll try put some pictures up of new collages and stuff that I've dun. The most recently uploaded stuff will be right at the top, but I'll put dates too (just for you lol)
Your comment about I don't belong came in at just the right time. I was having a bit of a i-don't-fit-in-i'm-an-alien moment :) But it's nice to know others have been through and have come out alive!

Hey you, i'm replying to your comment again. Glad to hear you like lots of writing because I do tend to get carried away sometimes.
Interesting thing about this feeling alien thing is that - I don't know if you understand this, but you probably will - I sometimes walk by a mirror and can't really believe that it's me in the mirror. So wierd and I actually don't know if that's related to the feeling different than other people thing.
I think that everyone has different versions of themselves. That's a good word - VERSIONS. Everyone who adapts succesfully I think manages these versions very well. In everyday life, "normal" people will have a work version, home version, husband version, daddy version of themselves etc. but people that have emigrated to another country will have almost country versions of themselves. This becomes more and more important the more you try to adapt. I also becomes important to be able to manage both and not just drop the one and keep the other.
I think your path has been more difficult than some in that you've to maintain a number of different versions of yourself to adapt and those eventually start intertwining the more you move around and the more you meet new people and the more you try to be human and adapt.
Which version are you now :) ?
i'm sorry about all the spelling tismakes, but I got really excited about that thought :)
